What age group do you provide CBT for?

I work with adults only (18 years and over).

Do you offer face to face appointments?

Yes I am able to offer face to face appointment at St. Johns Counselling, 9 Kidderminster Road, Bromsgrove, B61 7JJ. I can also provide online or telephone therapy.

How long are sessions?

Assessments sessions are 60 minutes and treatment sessions are 50 minutes. Some treatment sessions may be longer dependent on treatment protocol.

Are you DBS Checked?

Yes I am DBS checked and you are welcome to see a copy if you request.
